Dispatch Schedule: We process our online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed before 9 AM will be dispatched the same day.
Shipping Locations: TONYMOLY Australia ships to all locations within Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping Options for Australia:
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $49.
- Carrier: We use Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Post (Estimated delivery in 5+ business days): $6.95
- Free Standard Post: For orders over $49
- Express Post (1-2 business days): $10.95
- Free Express Post: For orders over $139

- Carrier: We use Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Post (Estimated delivery in 6+ business days): Flat rate of AUD $20.
- Free Standard Post: For orders over AUD $300
Order Processing and Tracking
When Will My Order Ship?: Processing time takes 1 to 2 business days (orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day). Once processed, Australia Post will handle the delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
Tracking Issues: Occasionally, Australia Post may take 1-2 business days to update your shipment status. If your tracking number is not updating or is not functioning, please contact us at [customerservice@tonymoly.com.au], and we will assist you promptly.
Missing Packages: If you cannot locate your package, please reach out to [customerservice@tonymoly.com.au] immediately. Once an order is delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
