Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, defective item or items less than 6 months of expiry). 
Please note that any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

You can expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks after handing your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly. This timeframe includes the shipping duration for us to receive your return (3 to 5 business days), the processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
