BTS TICKET GIVEAWAY.2

By entering the TONYMOLY Australia BTS Ticket Giveaway ("Competition"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1.1 Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

2.1 Entry is open only to legal residents of Australia (excluding the Australian Capital Territory) aged 13 years or older who follow @tonymoly_au.nz on Instagram. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to and must be claimed on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Employees and their immediate family members of Aha Beauty Pty Ltd trading as TONYMOLY Australia ("the Promoter"), and its associated agencies, suppliers, or companies involved in the conduct of this Competition, are ineligible to enter.

2.3 "Immediate Family Member" means a spouse, de-facto partner, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling.

2.4 The winner must be available and able to attend the concert on the allocated date and location as stipulated under clause 4 to remain a valid winner.

 

3.1 The Competition commences on 9th September 2026 at 9:00 AM (AEST) and concludes on 9th November 2026 at 11:59 PM (AEDT) ("the Competition Period").

3.2 To enter, entrants must complete the following on Instagram during the Competition Period:

•  Follow @tonymoly_au.nz on Instagram;

•  Like the official competition post; and

•  Tag one (1) friend in the comments section of the official competition post.

3.3 Entrants must remain a follower of @tonymoly_au.nz and keep their like on the official competition post active until the winner is drawn and verified. An entrant who unfollows or removes their like prior to verification will be disqualified.

3.4 Multiple entries are permitted. Entrants may gain additional entries by tagging a different friend in separate comments. Each comment must tag a unique, genuine individual Instagram account. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

3.5 Any entry containing offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate material, or infringing third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, will be deemed invalid and disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

3.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries resulting from network, hardware, or software failures.

 

 

4.1 There will be one (1) Prize Winner throughout the Competition Period who will receive two (2) tickets to a BTS concert in either Melbourne or Sydney, valued at up to $600.00 AUD (incl. GST).

4.2 The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Resale, offering for resale, or commercial use of the prize tickets is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Ticketmaster Account Requirement: Tickets will be delivered electronically via official ticket transfer. The winner and their companion must hold, or create, a valid, active, and verified Ticketmaster account (or designated official ticketing provider) and supply their linked account details within the requested timeframe to receive the tickets. The Promoter is not responsible for any inability to accept or access transferred tickets due to unverified, inactive, or incompatible accounts.

4.4 Excluded Ancillary Costs: Airfares, accommodation, airport/venue transfers, meals, spending money, travel insurance, and all other personal expenses are not included in the prize and remain the sole responsibility of the winner and their companion.

4.5 Concert City & Date Allocation: Tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated for either Melbourne or Sydney at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Any stated city preference is non-binding. If the winner is unable to attend the concert on the allocated date and location, the prize will be forfeited in full and redrawn in accordance with clause 5.

4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any cancellation, delay, or rescheduling of the concert by event organizers, artists, or ticketing agencies. If cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter has no obligation to provide substitute tickets or monetary compensation.

 

5.1 Game of Chance: Chance plays the sole role in determining the Winner. Skill is not a factor.

5.2 All eligible entries will be pooled and one (1) winner drawn using a third-party verified random comment picker on 10th November 2026 at 2:00 PM (AEDT) at Unit 6B, 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West, NSW.

5.3 Verification of Eligibility: If the drawn entrant has not satisfied all eligibility and entry requirements under clauses 2 and 3, their entry will be deemed invalid and an alternative winner will be immediately drawn.

5.4 Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @tonymoly_au.nz within two (2) business days of the draw, and announced on the official @tonymoly_au.nz Instagram page.

5.5 Claim Period (5 Business Days): The winner must respond to the notification DM, confirm acceptance, and provide their verified Ticketmaster account details within five (5) business days of the initial notification.

5.6 Unclaimed Prize Redraw (1 Business Day After Claim Expiry): If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days, fails to provide a verified Ticketmaster account, or is unable to accept the prize, the winner forfeits the prize. An unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted one (1) business day after the 5-business-day claim period lapses, at 2:00 PM (AEDT) at Unit 6B, 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West, NSW, using the same random comment picker process. This procedure will repeat until a valid winner successfully claims the prize.

5.7 The Promoter's draw decisions are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

 

6.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law.

6.2 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in connection with the Competition, travel, or attendance at the concert.

6.3 In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable social media and promotional publicity requested by the Promoter without additional compensation.

6.4 If for any reason this Competition cannot run as planned due to technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition, subject to applicable state and territory regulations.

 

7.1 The Promoter is Aha Beauty Pty Ltd trading as TONYMOLY Australia (ABN: 71 168 540 467), Unit 6B, 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West, NSW 2140.

7.2 Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Competition and delivering the prize, in accordance with the TONYMOLY Australia Privacy Policy available at www.tonymoly.com.au.

7.3 Social Media & Third-Party Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Big Hit Music, or Ticketmaster. Entrants completely release Instagram and Meta from any liability regarding this Competition.
