One of my items arrived broken and no one will respond

One of the blushes in my order arrived broken and I’m unable to use it. No one has responded to my emails despite it being over a week. The blushes in bubble pink, pink fog, and ribbon pink have absolutely zero pigment. I’m pretty pale. So I’m somewhat easy please with less pigment but they’re just chalky and ashy. Ideally I’d love a refund or for the team to respond to one of my emails. Pretty poor customer service.
